Miloš Stojanović is an associate at lecocqassociate’s Geneva office. He was admitted as a lawyer to the Geneva Bar in 2013. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva in 2008 and obtained a Master of Laws in Economic Law from the University of Geneva in 2010.
Miloš acquired banking law experience at the Compliance Department of Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA in Geneva. In 2011 he obtained the certificate of advanced studies in legal professions (Ecole d’avocature, Geneva). Miloš did his lawyer traineeship at Martin Davidoff Fivaz & Associés law firm and joined lecocqassociate Geneva in 2014.
Miloš assists clients in corporate structuring and incorporation, re-domiciliation, taxation, contractual drafting and also assists in the obtainment of residency permits in Switzerland.
