2022 was a big year for lecocqassociate in terms of growth - growth of the firm, the people and our clientele. We at lecocqassociate wanted to take this opportunity to send our appreciation and an update on what we achieved in 2022 as well as what we aim to achieve this year.
A lot of planning surrounding the firm's expansion happened and it has been decided that lecocqassociate is looking to establish a presence in the African continent. We hired 6 new employees and have promoted Lucile, Joris, Romain and Florencia. We saw a significant increase in our client base as well as our social media following. But it's not just about the numbers, we went deep within to see areas of where improvements can be made.
For 2023, we plan to:
- continue hiring new employees;
- look into expanding into other markets;
- work hard to deliver faster with even better results;
- continue listening to our clients and their needs; and
- enhance our legal knowledge in the realm of financial regulation, private equity and data protection.
We are immensely excited to see what 2023 will bring and we look forward to continuing our journey with you.
