Krista Vimont is a partner at lecocqassociate. She was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Queensland, Australia in 2010. Krista has been recognised by the Geneva Ordre des Avocats as a foreign lawyer (CABE) since June 2015 and is also a member of the CABE executive committee. Krista graduated with a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2009. She obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the same university in 2014.
Prior to joining lecocqassociate, Krista practiced mainly in commercial and intellectual property law, also working as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of Queensland, Australia.
Krista assists lecocqassociate’s clients with local and cross-border private equity transactions and joint ventures, corporate banking matters and also advises on a range of cross-border data protection issues and set-ups as well as intellectual property matters.
