What does your role entail at lecocqassociate?

My role involves the overall IT support for the group and assisting the IT Operations Manager with the maintenance of the Group’s IT Infrastructure.

Tell us about your academic and professional background.

I obtained my Bachelor in Computer Application. I am also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (“CCNA”)  and Microsoft Certified System Engineer ("MCSE"). I have worked for various IT projects in multiple industries, especially in the Oil and Gas industry. For some of those projects, I worked single handily.

What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement?

At one of the companies I worked at, there was a ransomware attack. I worked in a team to rebuild everything from scratch, such as restoring data from the backup tapes.  That was a great challenge and a major accomplishment in my career as I was able to restructure the complete infrastructure with all the data intact in a short time.

What is the most impactful thing you have done?  

I always respect nature and it’s belongings, and I have kept equal respect, gesture and smile in my surroundings. I do not pollute and I try my best to have a lifestyle that is environmentally sustainable.

How many languages do you speak?

I am fluent in English, Hindi and Nepali.

What drives you?

I always have been honest to my responsibilities and the Team. I take full accountability for my personal development and continuously keep myself updated with the latest technologies.

Business aside, what do you enjoy doing when you are not in the office?

I enjoy spending virtual time (video calls) with my family back at home and watching comedy movies.

What is your secret talent?

I was a sub-par singer!
